  2. Don't clear the whole Sessions menu upon populating

    uliska committed Mar 19, 2018
    Now that I've found out how to remove a submenu (deleteLater())
    I don't have to clear and rebuild the *whole* Sesions menu.
    So this commit partially restores the original initializer code
    and only removes the submenus in the local reset_menu() function

  1. Submenus for grouping sessions in Sessions menu

    uliska committed Mar 15, 2018
    This commit parses session names for (one) slash in it and treats such
    sessions as grouped sessions and creates submenus for each.

  1. Fix include file regex

    uliska committed Jul 13, 2017
    Fixes #985
    Of course the backslash has to be escaped doubly.
    Before this commit the regex actually read a "\i" escape sequence,
    which is unknown and raises an error starting with Python 3.6

  1. Make vcs interface more generic

    uliska committed Jun 2, 2017
    All repo classes have the same name Repo() now and are addressed
    using the module name exclusively. This makes it possible to use
    module names from variables and have a transparent interface
    regardless of the type of the actual repository.
    Each Repo class must implement a vcs_available() class method that
    returns True if the associated VCS is installed.
    _run_git_command() function has been moved to a class method as well,
    but that's at the discretion of each Repo class.
  2. Create wrapper app.is_git_controlled()

    uliska committed Jun 2, 2017
    This seems more straightforward than modules having to include
    vcs themselves (app is basically imported everywhere)
    Adds wrapper function app.is_git_controlled()
    Removes all calls to vcs._app_is_git_controlled()
    Removes unnecessary import vcs statements
