Important Changes in LR2oraja 0.8.5

There have been some adjustments made to better match LR2.
Please inform me if you notice any issues.

• Non-integer TOTAL values are now rounded down, because LR2 does so (for example, a chart with TOTAL=200.5 will be treated as having TOTAL=200).
• There was a slight error in the damage increase formula for HARD gauge at specific TOTAL values below 230 (see this image). This has been rectified (PR #4) and thoroughly tested.
• Late BAD window for LNs have been removed.
• In LR2, there are situations where a single keypress can trigger multiple BAD judgements in addition to the judge on the note you are currently hitting (examples: image1 image2). This behavior has been replicated in LR2oraja 0.8.5. I will do a more detailed write-up on this behavior at some point.

Important Changes in LR2oraja 0.8.3:

Note that these changes are generally minor and should have a negligible effect on gameplay.

• LN premature release windows have been changed to match LR2.
  • The LN premature release window in LR2 is the same as the GOOD window of a regular note. Previously, LR2oraja's premature release window was slightly wider.
• When an LN is released prematurely, you now get a BAD instead of a POOR (so you will now take less damage).
• HARD Gauge damage reduction now starts when you have <32% gauge, like in LR2 (instead of <30%).
• On HARD and EX-HARD, you now die when you have <2% gauge (instead of <=0%)
• Damage increase for totalnotes<1000 is fixed (previously it wasn't applying)

Side: refactored JudgeProperty so that the LR2 judge scaling is no longer hardcoded.
