It seems that the install and configure instructions are out of date.(for versions before ibus-rime 0.9.2?)

Update according to http://code.google.com/p/rimeime/wiki/CustomizationGuide 

- install: ibus-rime ships .install.sh now
- congigure: cick the deploy button instead of restart ibus-daemon
