目前，WeCross调用合约分为call和sendTransaction两个接口，一个用于查询，一个用于发交易。

对于区块链内部，一个交易（Transacion）就是一个事务（Transacion）。但是对于跨链，事务特指多链多笔交易的一致性，所以事务和交易就得区分开来，显然跨链场景下sendTransaction就有歧义了。

快帮忙想个更好的名字吧，在issue区留意即可。
