Description: Websites lags Firefox to an unuseable state.
Steps to Reproduce:
The website animations lag Firefox to an unusable state, but not in Ungoogled Chromium. I opened the inspect element and removed the animated text background and it solved the lag and slowdown issue. I believe it has to do with how Firefox handles animations in CSS or SVG images.

Notes:

1. Reproducible regardless of the status of ETP.
2. Reproducible on the latest build of Firefox Nightly and Release.
3. Works as expected using Chrome.

The animation seem to be working as expected for me in Firefox on a Windows machine. @softvision-raul-bucata is the slowliness still happening for you?
