Steps to Reproduce

1. Navigate to: http://yonet.github.io/d3-codeclass/#/9
2. Click the "jsFiddle" link.

Expected Behavior: the browser navigates to the link URL.

Actual Behavior: the browser does nothing.

The link works correctly in Firefox 44 (release) and 45 (beta), plus Chrome. It's also broken in Firefox 47 (Nightly).

I bisected this down to https://hg.mozilla.org/integration/mozilla-inbound/pushloghtml?fromchange=22360424ed1532c73c93aab85bfd9173899956f8&tochange=8084077bd124bc25f521fd31fe51a9d1c508c68a, which means https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1208673 is probably the culprit.
