Description: Clicking on the links to send scores does not open the overlay.
Steps to Reproduce:
Login to site
Go to my scores
Click link to open Send dialog.

Looks like the issue you are reporting has to do with Content Blocking.

Try disabling this feature on this site, and recheck.

For me, the "Register for the SAT" button is not working while CB is ON.
