webconverger init script not working, preinst move

after the move of debs to the include.chroot, the webconverger init script stopped working, along with other things the deb's set up before

a quick fix I did was make a new script in config/hooks/init.chroot with update-rc.d webconverger defaults

did a quick check of all the files changed since the move, but i cant find where the users are configured as here https://github.com/Webconverger/base/blob/master/debian/preinst ?

I think @patrickhaller just fixed this issue in 5b187c6

There is nothing in https://github.com/Webconverger/base/blob/master/debian/preinst I see we need, that package was previously designed to be installed on a normal running Debian system, to act as a temporary "Kiosk". I thought it prude to abandon that case, to concentrate on the way 99% of the people use Webconverger... via Debian Live.
