Experienceing "Hit scroll threshold" to early.

I am experiencing "hit scroll threshold" at the beginning of the page, even when the page content goes far below the viewport.
The container surrounds all the items, the container has a width of 900px with a height of 100%, pagination is beneath the container.

Any clues as to what might trigger this? I have two ias running one named ias1 and the other ias2 which are toggled with a php if statement, might this somehow confuse the ias?
