When setting up the SSL binding for auto renewal Certify needs to know whether to bind using SNI or to a specific IP address (usually allocated for that site). This is most commonly an issue for IIS on Server 2008 which doesn't support SNI.

This choice should be saved as a managed setting, verified by a completed certificate request and re-used for auto-renewal (where the existing binding should be updated/recreated).
