Overview
Problem statement
Create a Tag sliding panel which shows environment details if showEnvAndVersionTag is true for that environment. Instead of wrapping every screen with that panel try to implement it in way that we can wrap root element/ main MaterialApp with panel
and panel can be visible on every screen.
Solution
Wrote code for environment tag panel, which was initially slidable horizontally from the right side, Then modified the code so that panel is slidable vertically from the bottom side.
