Tim Kraaijvanger writes:

Normally when I post a blog, the cache is cleared automatically for the blogpost & the homepage.

Yesterday I installed Quick Cache (pro), but it doesn't purge the homepage > automatically anymore. So I have to click 'Clear Cache' button to make the article > appear on home.

Does anyone have an idea what is wrong? Thanks in advance!

This feature (when added), actually needs to consider which page is the "Posts Page"; and not necessarily just assume it's the Home Page. On some installs the "Posts Page" is designated by the show_on_front option in WordPress; where the Home Page is that of a normal site (just a Page); and the blog is actually displayed by a separate Page that may use a different slug.

This feature should also provide options to a site owner so that both the Home Page and the Posts Page could be cleared (if that is the desired behavior); or just one of these.
