How to test this ? I have a seedbox with several fullHD videoclips and want to make in playable in pure browser.

When webtorrent is further along, you should be able to use your seedbox to serve video to users without any plugins installed. We're a ways away from that point right now.

handle case where parsedTorrent.length is undefined

- Expose `torrentLength` so the user can set it when they know the
torrent length. (With a magnet uri, they won’t know the length at the
time the Client is instantiated)
- UDP Client: Send FFFFFFFFFFFFFFFF for ‘left’ param when we don’t know
the size. (This is what Transmission does)

Fixes webtorrent#15.
