Multiple files: progress update stops after first file downloaded #161

Two issues:

When downloading a multi-file torrent the progress update stops after the first file comes in

When downloading two torrents simultaneously the first progress update stops when the second file starts downloading and then the first file doesn't show up until the second file does.
