Deprecating webtorrent/community in favor of Discord #1733

I'd like to deprecate webtorrent/community and unify all community discussion on the main webtorrent repo or on our brand new Discord server (which is synced with Gitter and IRC, so take your pick).

I'm going to move all issues from webtorrent/community to webtorrent and then delete the repo.
