Travis builds stall at `zuul --electron ...` #945

After Travis runs zuul --electron -- test/*.js test/browser/*.js, nothing happens, so the build errors out with:

No output has been received in the last 10 minutes, this potentially indicates a stalled build or something wrong with the build itself.

Here are some examples:

I haven't yet been able to reproduce this locally :(

Yep, I noticed this as well. Unclear what is causing it. Can't reproduce locally.

Don't run Electron tests on Travis

This is a workaround for #945

Note that pull requests from other repos will still run the Electron
tests (and remind us that it's broken), but at least master will be
green again.
