Subtitle field not displaying on Page/Post add/edit form.

Describe the bug
I don't know how long this has been happening but I can no longer edit subtitles on new and existing pages or posts. The form no longer includes the field. I can see the subtitles values in the

To Reproduce
1 . Click add or edit any page.
2. Title and contact information appear, but the subtitle field is not listed.
