Fix for #1659
Hotfix for: #1623 (Not fixing the whole problem, but you can at least view cards in public again, list view only)
and fixes to Advanced Filter, Your now able to filter for Dropdown and Numbers, Also Dropdown are now correctly displayed on minicard.
