S/Key (RFC-2289) One-Time-Password Generator
lightweight implementation in C.

To compile, simply run make. Has been tested on Linux and Windows XP with
Cygwin; should work just about anywhere.

Dependencies: mhash, and a not-broken libc implementation :)
