Rain Chart displays millimeters when inches are selected

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.While viewing wfrog main.html 
2.select Rain in (inches) and then Rain mm (millimeters)
3.view the rain chart while switching between mm and in

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
when mm (millimeters) are selected rain totals are displayed as mm this is 
correct.
when in (inches) are selected rain totals are displayed as mm (should be 
displayed as inches)


What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
wfrog 0.8.2
OS linux kernel 3.2.13

Please provide any additional information below
See attached picture of the mm and in (inch) Rain Charts.
Notice on the in (inch) chart, mm rain totals are displayed.
