[] (0) Drop <eventsource>. Replace the API with an EventSource object… 
…. Rename onclosed to onclose on WebSocket. Remove the mostly worthless event definitions. I'll add more useful intro text to replace them later. Defined garbage collection specialness for WebSocket and EventSource.
