"Abort a NavigateEvent" uses non-existent "error" variable #11966
Description
What is the issue with the HTML Standard?
A few steps in abort a NavigateEvent refer to error, which doesn't exist.
It looks like it got renamed to reason when this algorithm was extracted from abort the ongoing navigation, but a few uses were missed.
I'll put together a PR in a moment.
