At whhema, we care about your data privacy and are committed to protecting it. This privacy policy explains what information we collect about you and why, what we do with it, and what we do with it. We will also explain the choices you have regarding this information.

Our order process is performed by a third-party payment service provider ("Payment Service Provider") designated by us from time to time. The payment provider is our merchant of record for all orders. The payment service provider provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Device information: operating system (OS) running on the device, Internet Protocol (IP) address, access time, browser type and language, operating system localization, CMM bundle ID, CMM version, screen resolution, cid, battery information, RAM usage information, drive information, processor information, GPU information, disk information (type, total, available, backup), file metadata, application preference data, installed applications, network name and preferences
Computer Uptime (in hours) - Identify and locate user issues (bugs) and understand and locate user issues to ensure correct product scanning and cleaning logic, product functionality.
We collect your data when you contact our customer support team via phone, email or other communication tools. The purpose of collection is to help you solve any problems you encounter when using our services.
