For Tale importing, we need a way to let the user know that we're doing stuff in the background. To do this, we're re-purposing the Creating New Tale loading page that the user sees while a normal Tale is being created.

Because we have additional information about the state of progress, we're going to replace the spinner with a progress bar and informative text below
