    clearly invalid.

  1. orgmode: moved todo and totry content completely outside the config

    committed
it has a bunch of reasons:
    - Sometimes it is handy or necessary to schedule Org entities to get
things done, and maybe reschedule them later. But it barely makes
sense to be commit them to git in any way
    - Since the configuration has been made literate, emacs will have to
tangle it on every change including simple ones to org data included.
Configuration itself is not to be changed to often, but Org entries
are not as solid. So every [debugging-driven] restart would spend
more (unneeded) time tangling the configuration.
    - Such "org" parts of source code seems to be "special" cases when
coping with Orgmode (especially with org-agenda), since we need to
"cherry-pick" those files outside main Org files storage and also
maintain this list of special cases.
