Good idea of Jeremy.

Currently we set a tag vmlist_days hardcoded to 4. It is used by an internal Lambda function that is able to destroy the ec2 instance if not started for this number of days.

The goal of this task is to be able to have a dropdown list to select the right value between 1/2/5/10 for the number of days to keep.

still a nice idea on EC2 Leaser (duration is hard coded to 6 days in Instance.ts)
