[mahatma] correct the name in serial.c

The name of the register is now:
  REG_INT_PLCDC_PSI00

i.e the last two characters are zeros
This is to be consistent with the data sheet which always uses zeros
although the letter 'O' is used when naming the individual bits.

see  "III PERIPHERAL MODULES 1 (SYSTEM): INTERRUPT CONTROLLER (ITC)"
page III-2-25 of the Epson "S1C33E07 TECHNICAL MANUAL"
