QtImageViewer

It's a Qt widget used to show QImage, which has features as following

1 scale at mouse point (mouse wheel)

2 rotate (shift+mouse wheel)

3 translate（press mouse middle button and move ）

4 draw rectangle selection （press mouse middle button and move )

5 copy the selection to a new QImage (getSelectionImage())

6 zoom (zoom())
