This fixes the title in the base template which (previously) could end up as an empty string.
Add EditorConfig file and fix code style
According to @willkg he wants to drop support for mysql, so I've skipped translation of those requirements in this.
This removes the need for requirements files via extra_requires and should make richard pip installable. dev_hacking.rst should be correct (tested on ubuntu at least)

Firefox supports non-free formats in most cases now. So nix that code.
django-browserid creates "interesting" usernames. We could write our own username generation function or have a profile page or a number of things, but it's easier to just show the email address for now.
This adds the initial bits for creating a new-user form. This kicks in after you've logged in with a new account. FIXME - Doesn't work, yet. For some reason the verify class isn't getting called.
If the API isn't enabled, then don't try (and fail) to show the JSON link. Fixes #206

Tweaked the video summary to put the language on the same row as the recorded/added date to conserve vertical space.
I reordered the metadata on the side of the video page based on what I think is more likely to be interesting to users. Granted I'm making assumptions, but this seems better than what we had before.
This adds the date the video was added and links the category.
