Adding 4+ new packagers will make things slightly more cramped ;)
Not sure if keeping inside the README.md is best (will have to pivot tables or switch to list), or turning it into a HTML doc is wisest.

Should be resolved before new packagers are added...

I agree and have been noodling the idea of promoting this to HTML with a real domain, etc. Just need to find enough time to put together a non-janky layout/design (or accept a PR for one).

Brainstorming: My first thought is to host plain HTML on Github Pages, just use a Markdown to HTML converter & publish that more or less as-is with a nice CSS Markdown template.

Then extending the tables or adding bells & whistles can be added as time/need permits. . An always-showing TOC (on top or side) would be nice.

I've seen people have their custom domains pointing to the Github Page.

This looks sexy & easy: http://ricostacruz.com/flatdoc/
Though the README.md would have to be abandoned to add the HTML interaction after conversion to HTML.

This looks great. I'll take a deeper look when I have a bit more time.

This is high on my list of things to get to. I've decided on git-book. If someone feels like they want to get started, I'd be happy to take a PR for a basic skeleton that can be iterated on. Otherwise, wait for me to start it :)

Hmmm, not doing the interactive tables then?

Not necessarily abandoning that idea entirely; however, nothing is set in stone just yet :)
