Jog with keyboard broken

I saw some of the posts about jog being broken. I too experienced the lock-up when holding a key down or pressing it too quickly.

But now there's a new problem with the 12/1 I just install. I turn on "enable keyboard jog" and press a jog button and the machine moves then the check box gets unchecked. Virtually making it impossible to jog with keyboard.

I need this corrected right away. Its a serious error.
