Finished downloading windmill and when trying to run for firefox, get the following:

C:\Python27\windmill-windmill-4304ee7>windmill firefox http://www.google.com

I saw a similar error and it said to download the master tar and then run the setup.py (which I found in the windmill directory, which I hope is the proper one):

After this, I tried running windmill again and still got the error msgs posted above.
Additionally, when I run for ie, it appears to be working, I get 2 browser windows, one the IDE and the other containing the site that I gave in command line (tried google.com in lastest test). However the IDE is not coming up like in the example.. I dont' have the menu buttons like in the demo video. I have a menu button that opens links. When I tried to do the start recorder, it will show script stuff.. I click, it shows a click command, but no deal. I click in a field and enter text, it shows a type command, but once again, doesn't show what I typed. Not sure if whatever is happening here is related to the above, but listed it just in case.

Thanks,
Glenn
