Uninstalling the Cartridges

  1. In your Business Manager navigate to Administration / Sites / Manage Sites or Business Manager - Settings.

  2. Remove the Wirecard cartridge from Cartridges.

  3. Optional: Remove system object extensions/custom objects. This depends on your deployment process. For a manual removal, compare the metadata provided with the package and remove Wirecard-specific objects, properties, payment methods/processors and services.

Note: When updating/removing metadata, all order-related transaction data will be lost!

Post-processing operations are no longer possible after deletion.

After removing the cartridges as described in (2) with no changes to the metadata, you may perform post-processing operations after reinstalling and reconfiguring the cartridges. For each performed transaction, all post-processing operations are available, regardless of whether or not a payment method is enabled.
