The HEAD handling is not compatible with RFC2616 #207

The HEAD request should be handled as stated in RFC2616: provides a full header set and empty body for a given GET resource.

So when a HEAD request is received, if we have a specific action method handling it, just proceed, if not, we need to to process as a GET request but retuning only the headers (no content).
