Bundle packaging does not include resources the right way #304

Right now bundles are packaged from the content of target/classes. Unfortunately, this is not correct.

What's happening is that Wisdom is collecting the packages from target/classes, considering as packages directory that do only contain resources. These are not correct packages, and lead to packaging issue if one of the dependency contains the same directory.

The easiest way to reproduce this issue is to add a resource in the META-INF directory. The resulting bundle contains all the resources contained in the META-INF directory of the project dependencies.

We should compute the include resource using the Include-Resource BND instruction.
