Unit test execution in watch mode #322

In watch mode, unit tests are only executed once, before the start of the server. As you change the test and business classes of the application, we should re-execute the unit tests.

Two policies should be provided:

  1. executes all unit test on every changes in Java files (from src/main/java and src/test/java)
  2. executes more selective policy detecting which test need to be re-executed

Test failures need to be reported in the web app.

Obviously, the -DskipTests behavior must be enforced.
