Selective test inclusion may select IT tests instead of unit test #365

Right now, the 'selective' test strategy inclusion (selecting the test related to the changed resources) can select an integration test instead of only selecting unit tests.

This is because the 'wildcard' expression we use is too broad: "*" + file.getName().substring(0, file.getName().lastIndexOf(".")) + "*"

When a unit test is modified, the selective strategy should only run these tests. The current implementation fails on this case.
