Allow the watch mode to be launched with custom JVM arguments #424

Today the watch mode (mvn wisdom:run) only support the -Ddebug=xxx parameter. We should support custom JVM arguments. For instance, it will let you enable or disable the assertions are asked in #423.

By passing the -DjvmArgs="..." parameter to the mvn wisdom:run command, you would be able to pass any parameters:

mvn clean wisdom:run -DjvmArgs="-ea -Dfoo=bar"

In addition, the configuration can be passed during the plugin configuration:

    <jvmArgs>-ea -Dfoo=bar</jvmArgs>
