[Epic] Multiple apps support for Android

Description

This is the actual work, associated with #2840 - following the successful PoC.

It can largely be divided into the following subtasks:

• Refactor the JS-side Device framework, to allow for greater flexibility (and further maintainability) - more on that, separately (Pre Multiple-apps support refactor #2980).

• [Multiapps] Introduce 1st test: Real app switching (android only) #3369
• [Multiapps] Introduce 2nd test: On-the-fly app switching #3370
