heat.exe hangs with 100% cpu

heat.exe (v3.7.1224.0) hangs with 100% cpu load when I try to harvest the attached file. Command line was: "heat file tdcl7.ocx -out tdcl7.wxs"

I've got a fix for this out for review in wix 3.8.

The root cause was that ProgId "TrueDataLite70.TrueDataLite" had a subkey "CurVer", whose default value was "TrueDataLite70.TrueDataLite" (the same ProgId). This caused heat to go into an infinite loop trying to find the end of the chain.

This CurVer value that points to its own ProgId shouldn't be needed in your COM registration, and removing it should allow you to workaround the issue until a fix is checked in.
