When I place a MessageQueue element inside the foreach preprocessor, I receive the following error for each MessageQueue that would be created in the loop.

error CNDL0004: The msmq:MessageQueue element contains an unexpected attribute 'xmlns:msmq'

This does not occur If I explicitly create multiple MessageQueues manually.

I have verified that the only difference in the output between the foreach approach and the manual approach is that the following additional attribute appears in the MessageQueue element with the foreach approach.

xmlns:msmq="http://schemas.microsoft.com/wix/MsmqExtension"
