It would be nice if identifiers in a file could be marked "private" (or something similar) such that they were only visible at the Fragment, .wxs file or (maybe) .wixlib file. In large projects, this would allow teams to organize their files without always creating identifiers that are unique across their whole organization. This would also enable cool features like marking the minimum identifiers public (think ComponentGroup/@id attributes) and prevent consumers from directly linking to the internals of a .wixlib.
