Improve docs

Hi!

I've just installed the plugin, but it seems something else is needed to enable it. Although Strapi correctly recognizes it as an installed plugin, it does seem to be working.

Also, is there any way to customize the settings? We currently use MDX, and the ToastUI strips all tags in the WYSIWYG mode, so we'd like to disable it. May we have an option to control it?

Usually after adding plugins you need to rebuild the admin frontend, yarn build to do that

Not working for me as well. I ran yarn build but still see the same old editor. Is there anything else we need to configure in order to make it run?

*Correction, after running build and reloading the browser with "empty cache and hard reload" it did work as expected.

Definitely worth updating the docs IMHO.
