Project Zero / PS2 Fatal Frame series Unpacker

1.Unpack & Decompress IMG_BD.bin , zero3.fhd

2.Patch files in IMG_BD.bin without compress(game runs great even without recompress less files)

(This tool requires the Deless.exe from the 24.254.227.*'s DXHExtract tool)
