Hello, I'm trying to add the active class to the parent li instead of the img for the nav slider.

I've experimented with a few things, and found a discussion here:
http://stackoverflow.com/questions/25143437/adding-flex-active-class-to-the-li-instead-of-a-img#answer-25143568

however, that answer is still not working. Any insights from anyone would be appreciated.
