terms checkbox text setting not obvious #28606

[x ] I have searched for similar bugs in both open and closed issues and cannot find a duplicate.

Describe the bug
The setting in the customizer that allows one to "Optionally add some text for the terms checkbox that customers must accept." is not immediately obvious and seems to behave more like an 'easter egg' of sorts.

Expected behavior
When opening the WooCommerce > Checkout customizer panel (and I do have a T&C page set) I would expect to see the setting to edit that text.

Actual behavior
In fact, the option is not displayed and requires that I first unset the T&C page and then re-select the same to expose the option.

Steps to reproduce the bug (We need to be able to reproduce the bug in order to fix it.)
Steps to reproduce the bug:

Make sure you have a T&C page set
Open customizer. WooCommerce > Checkout
Feel great sorrow at the lack of 'text for the terms checkbox' option.

To expose the setting:

Unset the T&C page
re-set the T&C page. Rejoice in happiness.

Thank you for taking the time to report this bug, we really appreciate your help. I can reproduce it on my end.

We won’t be able to include this fix in the upcoming release due to the lower priority of this issue compared to others reported. We’re going to add it to our backlog so we can include it in our planning for one of our future releases.
