My submission makes use of the fact that Twitter counts unicode characters, not bytes. This allows us to encode up to 1.875 bytes of delicately compressed ASCII art typography.

Tired this out, nice ;-) but i had to do Zlib::Inflate.inflate otherwise I get an error. Also the ASCII art I get says Euruku :)
Yeah, that's two characters off––The website says "Task: Write a tweetable (= 140 characters or less) ruby program that outputs EuRoKo ASCII art" ;)
Fix typo in eckrdt.rb
Haha, thanks. I didn't notice the typo at all. I made a new ASCII art anyway because there was some unused space left in the tweet.
Zlib.inflate requires ruby 1.9.3
