iSocket

iSocket web application.

Version 0.3.1 (June 30, 2017), Woolfson Group, University of Bristol.

CircleCI

Running option 1).

In one terminal, navigate to the isocket folder and run bokeh server (in the isocket virtual environment):

$ bokeh serve /atlas_visualisation/atlas.py --allow-websocket-origin="localhost:5000"

(This assumes the bokeh application is being served at "localhost:5006/atlas" as defined in atlas/views.py, and that the flask app is running at "localhost:5000" (default)). Then run flask as normal (flask web/main.py).

Running option 2).

Install docker and docker-compose. Navigate to the isocket folder and run:

$ docker-compose up

Then in your browser navigate to localhost:5000.

You can’t perform that action at this time.
