Hi,

I am trying to put the YouTube and Vimeo video on each slide but there is a weird issue occurred only on iPad. Here are the info of what I have done:

  • I use "tubeplayer" jQuery plugin for registering YouTube video so I can control the video (play, pause, stop) by its provided functions.

  • For Vimeo, I use "froogaloop" for controlling the video.

  • There are 2 sample slides created. The first one is for YouTube and the next is for Vimeo.

  • I will pause the video of the current slide when switching to the another one.

When the slider is loaded, if I play the YouTube video on the first slide then swipe the screen to the next slide, this is fine and YouTube video is paused as expected. But the problem is, after I swipe back to that slide again, YouTube video is gone, leaving only the black area of the iframe.

The same issue also occurred with Vimeo which is on the second slide. I can play it and swipe to another slide but when I go back, the Vimeo video is gone.

It seems like the video content inside the iframe disappeared somehow. And it only occurred on the video that is already played (if I do not play any and do switching slide, there is no problem).

Could you please advise how to fix this?

Thank you
