Lists + Blockquote: UI Inconsistency

Expected behavior

Single bullet list with a two lines blockquote onscreen.

Actual behavior

The bullet gets vertically displaced, and the blockquote's BG gets chopped off.

Steps to reproduce the behavior

1. Launch the empty editor
2. Toggle Ordered List
3. Insert a Blockquote in the first bullet
4. Enter a word, press Shift + Enter, enter a second word
